How I Can Help
There are many ways I can help constituents with problems or issues of concern.
There is a strict Parliamentary protocol which prevents me from intervening on behalf of another MP’s constituents. To find out if I am your MP, enter your postcode here before getting in touch.
Individual Issues
My office helps constituents with a wide range of issues, generally I am able to help with any issue that falls under the responsibility of central government, such as problems with welfare benefits and immigration.
There are some issues I am not able to help with, but my team are always on hand to offer advice on where you can find the help that you need.
You can book an in person appointment with a caseworker in my office on Mondays between 2 pm and 4 pm and Wednesdays between 10 am and 12 pm.

Community Organisations and Groups
I work closely with local groups and agencies across Gower to help improve our community, and regularly visit local schools, businesses, and charities.
My office can support groups in finding funding on either a one to one basis or at my regular funding fayres, and I have provided several groups with letters of support for grants.
If you’re looking for specific support and advice, please get in touch.
Policy issues
Part of my role is to ensure my constituents' voices are heard in Parliament.
I do this through speaking in the House of Commons about issues of concern to constituents like access to post offices in rural communities, and the cost of energy. I also regularly write to ministers and ask questions of the Government on constituents’ behalf.
If you have an issue you’d like me raise please get in touch.
Please note that I do not take queries on the above over social media. Please contact my office directly.
